The bill (Reg. No.5148) envisaged that accreditation of the representatives, branches and other subdivisions of the foreign legal entities shall be effected with the entry of relevant information about the subdivisions into the Single State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Persons-Entrepreneurs.
The Committee members expressed a number of remarks to the bill, although they support the legislative regulation of entry of the representatives, branches and other subdivisions of the foreign legal entities into the register.
